Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Pune City. The Pharmacist will dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. The role includes counseling customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, dosage, and storage, while promoting adherence to prescribed therapies. The Pharmacist will maintain detailed records, manage inventory, check expiry dates, and support ordering and stock replenishment. The role also involves collaborating with store teams, supporting health awareness initiatives, and delivering a professional, trustworthy customer experience aligned with Zeno Health’s mission.
Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license, holding a D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription interpretation.
- Competence in patient counseling, medication adherence guidance, and clear, empathetic communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, pharmacy software, and digital tools used for billing and prescription management.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and safety, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy or community pharmacy settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, collaborate with store staff, and contribute to customer education and awareness initiatives.
