Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing expert advice on medication use, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, counseling patients on drug interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses of medications
- Proficiency in properly dispensing and labeling prescriptions
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, and ensure precision in all work
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license as per local regulations
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Salary & Benefits Structure:
Qualification - Urban (Kolkata ) CTC Salary + City Allowance
B. Pharm - ₹16947+ ₹3,000 + 2500 (If >100km from home).
D. Pharm ₹16384+ ₹3,000 + 2500 (If >100km from home).
Qualification - RURAL CTC Salary
B. Pharm - ₹16947 + 1500 (If >100km from home)
D. Pharm ₹16384 + 1500 (If >100km from home)
