Pharmacist – Ultrahuman Performance Lab

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our team and support operations at the Ultrahuman Performance Lab. This role involves managing supplements and pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting prescription dispensing within the lab.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise dispensing of medications and supplements at the Performance Lab
• Review and sign prescriptions as the registered pharmacist on duty
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards
• Maintain pharmaceutical and supplement inventory, including stock tracking and expiry management
• Ensure proper storage, documentation, and record-keeping for medications
• Coordinate procurement and maintain adequate stock levels
• Support customers with guidance on supplement usage as per clinical protocols
• Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth lab workflows
Requirements
• B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council (e.g., Karnataka State Pharmacy Council)
• Must hold a valid pharmacist registration number
• Authorised to sign prescriptions and supervise dispensing of medications
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare facility, or retail pharmacy preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
