Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Pharmacist at Davaindia Generic Pharmacy. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing drug-related advice to customers, and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical pharmacy practices. The role includes managing inventory, prescriptions, and customer interactions, while maintaining a high standard of care to meet patient needs. Additional tasks include keeping records of all transactions and assisting with the promotion of products and services offered at the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicines, and their usage
- Proficiency in managing inventory and processing prescriptions with accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Certified registration with a recognized Pharmacy Council
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare retail environment is an advantage
