Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Pharmacist at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in prescription verification, dispensing medications, and managing pharmaceutical inventory
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosages, and other pharmacological information
- Familiarity with pharmacy laws, protocols, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing guidance to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), along with a valid license to practice as a Pharmacist
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering safe and reliable healthcare services
