We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our aesthetic clinic team. The individual will be responsible for managing medications, consumables, skincare products, and pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with doctors and clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescribed medications, skincare products, and clinic consumables accurately as per doctor recommendations.
- Manage inventory of medicines, injectables, dermatology/aesthetic products, and clinic supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch tracking, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation, pharmacy records, invoices, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for ordering and stock management.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and temperature control of medications and products.
- Support doctors and clinical staff in maintaining availability of treatment-related products and consumables.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Educate patients on medication usage, precautions, dosage, and aftercare instructions when required.
- Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, quality standards, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the pharmacy/store area.
Required Qualifications & Skills- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration License.
- 1–4 years of pharmacy experience; experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, or wellness setups preferred.
- Strong understanding of medicines, injectables, skincare products, and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of pharmacy compliance and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
