APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd. is looking to hire Senior Executives for its Pharmaceutical Business, with a focus on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for regulated and export markets.
APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd. is a global sourcing and supply chain company with 20+ years of experience, a network across 15+ countries, 3,500+ manufacturers, 8,000+ products, and customers/business connections across markets such as the USA, Europe, and Canada. The company works in chemical sourcing, global sourcing, CDMO, regulatory documentation support, export services, licensing, and partner search/acquisition.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing API business opportunities in regulated markets and export markets, building customer relationships, identifying new business potential, coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers, and supporting the company’s growth in pharmaceutical sourcing and exports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients APIs
- Handle customers in regulated markets / export markets
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and international buyers
- Coordinate with internal sourcing, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams
- Understand customer requirements and support RFQs, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Track market trends, product opportunities, pricing, and competitor activity
- Support documentation, supplier coordination, and customer follow-ups
- Contribute to long-term business development for the pharmaceutical/API segment
Minimum Qualification
- B. Pharma / M. Pharma degree is compulsory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing APIs
- Experience in regulated markets or export markets is required
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of API business, pharmaceutical customers, and export markets
- Experience in handling international customers and commercial discussions
- Good knowledge of pharma documentation, regulatory expectations, and quality requirements
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development targets
