Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for our PCD Pharma Franchise Division. This is a desk-based role focused on generating business, handling franchise inquiries, building distributor networks, and maintaining strong client relationships across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective PCD Pharma Franchise clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard franchise partners.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and franchise associates.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business.
- Provide product information, pricing, promotional materials, and business support to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong understanding of the PCD Pharma Franchise business model.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
