Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in India for a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager. Responsibilities include leading pharmaceutical sales efforts, developing and executing business plans, overseeing sales operations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will also provide strategic insights to improve the effectiveness of the sales force and ensure organizational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Management
- Experience of working with Government hospital (military hospitals), DGAFMS
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
- Understanding on RE/RC Procedure
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitor assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
