Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Sales professional, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. The professional will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and provide customized solutions to clients to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory framework is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as required.
