Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Interns to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers, students, or recent graduates interested in pharmaceutical sales, business development, client communication, lead generation, supplier coordination, and marketing support.
This full-time unpaid internship offers hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical sourcing, sales outreach, marketing activities, and business development in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls and email outreach to potential clients, suppliers, and API manufacturers
- Support lead generation, market research, and client database updates
- Understand client requirements and assist with sales follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers for product lists, certifications, pricing, and availability
- Support marketing campaigns, content coordination, and business development activities
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client communication material
- Maintain records of outreach, responses, and sales pipeline updates
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Interns, freshers, or recent graduates from Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confidence in speaking with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and business stakeholders
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and the pharmaceutical/API industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and email tools
- Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant companies, suppliers, and decision-makers
- Good organizational skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
Compensation
This is an unpaid internship.
Certificate of completion and performance-based recommendation may be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
