Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a full-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance role in Etah. The role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will conduct quality audits, implement quality management systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality. In addition, they will identify and mitigate risks, monitor production processes, and address any quality-related issues.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Quality Management processes and systems
- Thorough understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Experience in conducting Quality Audits
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to ensure precision in processes
- Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Background in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or a related scientific field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related discipline
