Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Pharmaceutical Operations Professional covering QA, QC, Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Utility functions. Daily responsibilities may include monitoring and documenting quality assurance activities, executing and reviewing quality control tests, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across production lines. The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing inventory and material handling in stores, and collaborating with maintenance and utility teams to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted operations. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams, support regulatory and internal audits, assist in continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals, with the ability to apply scientific knowledge to manufacturing and quality operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and experience implementing GMP in production, QA, or QC settings.
- Proficient Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment, following test procedures, and accurately recording and interpreting data.
- Exposure to or understanding of Sales in a pharmaceutical or biotech context, including product knowledge and customer-focused communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, preferably in probiotics or similar products, is an advantage.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain detailed documentation, and support regulatory and internal audits.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and flexibly support QA, QC, Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Utility operations as needed.
