Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Thane, for a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager. The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager will lead and execute effective business strategies, oversee a team of sales representatives, and drive revenue growth. On a day-to-day basis, the role entails developing sales plans, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and maintain an up-to-date understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Sales, and Sales Management
- Expertise in Business Planning and Account Management
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop successful strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engg, Chemical Engg, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Familiarity with the Thane and regional pharmaceutical markets is a plus
