Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma Telecaller based in Kalka Tehsil. The Pharma Telecaller will be responsible for interacting with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors, conveying product information, answering inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on client leads, recording client interactions, and contributing to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, active listening, and phone etiquette skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products or a willingness to learn
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in science or pharmacy is a plus
