Role Description The Pharma Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pharmaceutical store. The supervisor will manage inventory levels, ensure proper storage conditions, and maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock in line with regulatory and company standards. This role includes supervising store staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The supervisor will coordinate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to support timely order fulfillment, and handle customer queries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also involves regular audits, compliance checks, and implementation of process improvements to optimize store efficiency and product availability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and adherence to processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear verbal and written interactions, reporting, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in pharmacy store operations, inventory management, or pharmaceutical retail/wholesale is beneficial.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, storage norms, and basic regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
