Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Pharma Regulatory & Compliance Subject Matter Expert, based in India. The selected candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of pharmaceutical learning content with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities will include reviewing and developing regulatory content, consulting on pharmaceutical compliance standards, collaborating with instructional designers and developers, and providing expertise to align content with global compliance guidelines. This role will also involve research to stay up-to-date on changes in pharma regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Compliance standards, including a strong understanding of regional and global guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO).
- Experience with content development for learning and training in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, ensuring logical structuring and compliance of instructional content.
- Proficiency in document review, quality assurance processes, and accuracy validation in regulatory materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers and technologists.
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, with relevant certifications being an added advantage.
- Experience in e-learning environments and knowledge of WCAG standards is a plus.
