Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Pharma Quality Assurance Executives/Officers based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include conducting quality checks, preparing and reviewing documentation as per regulatory requirements, implementing quality improvement strategies, and assisting in audits and inspections. The position demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and compliance standards within the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with quality checks, audits, and inspection processes
- Proficient in documentation and record maintenance for regulatory compliance
- Ability to identify and implement quality improvement strategies and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar QA role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup is preferred
