Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience, based in Nandurbar. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely availability of materials and products in alignment with business needs. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with suppliers to negotiate contracts, track orders, and manage relationships while keeping accurate documentation and inventory records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overseeing Purchase Management processes
- Strong skills in Procurement and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with suppliers, negotiate effectively, and ensure clear procurement processes
- Attention to detail in maintaining documentation, tracking orders, and managing inventory
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical procurement or a related field is a strong advantage
