Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Pharma (OSD. Oil, Ointment)Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Role OverviewThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations at the OSD, Oil and Ointment manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements across all warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and ERP/SAP transactions.
- Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) as per product requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Procurement for material planning and availability.
- Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory inspections (e.g., WHO-GMP, USFDA).
- Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, safety practices, and compliance standards.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications & Experience- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Graduate (MBA in Supply Chain preferred)
- 7–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations (OSD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems and audit handling
