Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to lead our third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying potential partners, managing third-party manufacturing contracts, building robust client relationships, and driving market growth for our manufacturing portfolio. The individual will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and day-to-day coordination with production teams.
- Background in Manufacturing and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering Training to staff to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Professional experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
