🚨 We’re Hiring: Pharma-IT Engineer | Bangalore | 7+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced MI-IT Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. If you have strong exposure to pharma IT systems, compliance, and team coordination in a 24×7 manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily team activities
• Participate in client and internal meetings
• Manage monthly shift rosters and weekly offs
• Handle leave planning in a 24×7 shift environment (A, B, C & G)
• Collect daily work updates and share consolidated reports with clients
• Manage QMS activities (Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Incidents)
• Support and execute Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, cGMP, ALCOA+, and Data Integrity
• Manage user lifecycle (creation, modification, deactivation)
• Perform backup, restoration, and archival activities
• Conduct periodic access reviews and time synchronization
• Work on HMI, PLC, SCADA, IPC systems
• Provide troubleshooting and preventive maintenance support

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP, cGMP, ALCOA+)
• Hands-on experience in CSV and QMS documentation
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP
• Experience with manufacturing systems (HMI, PLC, SCADA, IPC)
• User access management & data integrity practices
• Basic IT troubleshooting and system maintenance

• Excellent coordination and team management
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and compliance mindset
