Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the injectable manufacturing plant in Bahadurgarh. Production Specialists will oversee daily injectable manufacturing operations, including equipment handling, batch processing, line clearance, documentation, and adherence to GMP and regulatory standards. QC Specialists will perform routine and stability testing of injectable products, manage sampling, maintain laboratory records, and ensure compliance with quality specifications and standard operating procedures. Both profiles will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement, troubleshoot process or quality issues, and participate in audits and validation activities. Professionals in these roles will also contribute to training of team members, support implementation of new technologies, and help maintain a safe and compliant facility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for interpreting production data, quality results, and process deviations.
- Candidates should possess training and mentoring skills to develop, guide, and upskill production and QC team members.
- Candidates should possess consulting and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess project management skills to support process improvements, validation projects, and audit readiness activities.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in injectable manufacturing or sterile formulation production/QC in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, FDA, EU), and quality systems related to injectable products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience with sterile manufacturing operations, cleanroom practices, aseptic techniques, and validation (process, equipment, cleaning) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in documentation, SOPs, and electronic systems used in production and QC labs, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured, safety-focused environment and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
