Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma Formulations Development/Quality Assurance (R&D) professional at VHA Biopharma Private Limited, located in Haridwar. The responsibilities will include conducting research and development activities to design and optimize pharmaceutical formulations, performing quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards, and managing laboratory operations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting research findings, and ensuring that all processes align with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation processes
- Proficiency in using Laboratory Skills, including testing and quality control measures
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing formulation compositions, quality parameters, and data interpretation
- Effective Communication and Research skills to document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical R&D and quality assurance is an advantage
