Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri for a Pharma/FMCG Franchise Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and expanding franchise operations, maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies. The role also involves regular reporting to management, strategizing sales targets, implementing marketing campaigns, and providing necessary training and support to franchise teams for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Pharma and FMCG franchise operations along with business development skills
• Proven expertise in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to monitor compliance with operational standards and align with company policies
• Experience in team leadership and providing training for effective franchise operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Pharma or FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Proficient in using CRM and other relevant business tools
