Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Administrator – SAP B1 Technical position located in Ahmedabad. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the SAP Business One system, optimizing production planning processes, providing customer service for ERP-related queries, and overseeing software updates and configurations. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, and conducting user training sessions to ensure effective software utilization. Collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data interpretation, and problem-solving
- Expertise in Production Planning to optimize and streamline workflows and processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for user support and collaboration
- Experience in Training personnel to maximize the benefits of ERP systems
- Experience with SAP Business One systems, including configuration, administration, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
