Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharma Developmental Quality Assurance professional, located in Roorkee. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality across all pharmaceutical development processes, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the execution of quality assurance activities. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee the documentation process, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in Psychology and applying it to pharmaceutical quality assurance processes
- Expertise in Early Intervention and Training related to pharma development quality management
- Understanding of Developmental Disabilities and their implications in pharmaceutical formulations and compliance
- Proficiency in documentation, quality audits, and a solid understanding of regulatory standards
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5-6 years in Quality Assurance
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
