Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Depot Manager located in Patna, Bihar. The Depot Manager will oversee the daily operations of the depot, ensuring efficient stock management, operations coordination, and team supervision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Management, including inventory updates and efficient storage practices.
- Should have had experience in Pharma Warehousing
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong skills in Operations Management and an ability to optimize processes for improved efficiency.
- Experience in Team Management to lead, inspire and coordinate staff effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and address client needs promptly.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain or logistics is advantageous.
