- Screen resumes based on client technical and compliance requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer release, and joining process
- Maintain candidate and employee trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation activities
- Maintain professional communication with clients and employees
- Understand basic pharma compliance and application support terminology
