Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified pharma professional responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient inventory management of pharmaceutical products. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring adherence to pharma regulations, and supporting audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines such as Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), WHO-GMP, and other applicable pharma regulations
- Maintain proper documentation as per GMP and audit requirements
- Handle internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations
- Monitor expiry, batch tracking, and recall procedures
Inventory Management:
- Manage stock levels, including raw materials and finished goods
- Track batch-wise inventory and maintain FEFO/FIFO systems
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock planning
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Maintain inventory records in ERP systems
Quality & Documentation:
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity control)
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence across operations
- Prepare reports related to stock, compliance, and discrepancies
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacy – B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Registered pharmacist preferred
Experience:- 1–2 years in pharma operations, warehouse, or compliance roles
- Experience with regulatory audits and inventory systems
Key Skills:- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharma regulations
- Inventory control and ERP system proficiency
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
