Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Ph.D. Scholar position in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering at KARE. The role focuses on advanced research in:
- Subsonic Aerodynamics
- Supersonic Aerodynamics
- Gas Dynamics
- Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Day-to-day activities include conducting experiments, performing CFD simulations, analyzing results, publishing research papers, and collaborating with faculty and research teams.

QualificationsBasic Eligibility:
- M.E./M.Tech or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
Direct Ph.D. Option:

- Understanding of aerodynamics and fluid mechanics
- Basic knowledge of CFD tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.)
Research Skills:
- Interest in experiments, simulations, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and work on real-world engineering problems
Communication & Teamwork:
- Ability to work with faculty and research teams
- Good technical writing and presentation skills
