Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Ph.D. Fellowship position located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The fellow will conduct original research under the guidance of faculty mentors, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, writing research papers for publication, participating in academic conferences or workshops, and assisting in teaching or departmental activities as necessary. The role offers opportunities for both academic growth and professional development within GITAM’s vibrant research ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong research skills, including proficiency in conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, and analyzing data.
- High-level written and oral communication skills to effectively document findings and communicate ideas.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, particularly in academic and data-driven contexts.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and tools related to your subject area or discipline.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant field of study with a demonstrated interest in research or academic work.
- Prior research experience, published work, or conference presentations are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commitment to academic integrity, ethical research practices, and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
