SFS School, Narengi is looking for a dedicated and dynamic PGT – Psychology teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a student-centered approach, and the ability to make Psychology engaging, relevant, and conceptually clear for senior secondary students.
Eligibility:
✅ Postgraduate degree in Psychology (mandatory)
✅ B.Ed. (mandatory)
✅ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level (CBSE preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans, case studies, assessments, and engaging teaching aids
- Encourage critical thinking and real-life application of psychological concepts
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure board exam preparedness
- Mentor and guide students for academic and emotional development
- Maintain academic records and support report preparation
- Participate in school events, academic initiatives, and staff development programmes
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues
