CBSE PGT Physics teacher is responsible for teaching senior secondary students (Classes VI TO X), preparing them for board and competitive exams, and ensuring strong conceptual clarity in both theoretical and practical aspects of physics. The role requires an M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed., excellent communication skills, and experience in handling CBSE curriculum.
📘 Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE syllabus for Grades 11 & 12.
- Practical Sessions: Conduct lab experiments and demonstrations to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design assignments, projects, and periodic tests; provide timely feedback to students.
- Exam Preparation: Guide students for CBSE board exams and competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with department members for academic planning and enrichment programs.
- Student Mentoring: Offer extra support to struggling learners and encourage inquiry-based learning.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Parent Communication: Share student progress and attend parent-teacher meetings.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Requirement: M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics + B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching senior secondary classes preferred; freshers may apply in some schools.
