Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Post-Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics based in Greater Mohali. The PGT Physics role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons, developing curricula, conducting assessments, and mentoring students to help them achieve their academic goals. The educator will also inspire curiosity and critical thinking in students, fostering a deep understanding of Physics principles across theoretical and practical domains. Collaboration with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning environment is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Physics, including concepts from Theoretical Physics and Medical Physics.
- Expertise in teaching various topics related to Physics Education, with a focus on engaging students in learning.
- Understanding of concepts related to Radiation and their practical applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and inspire students effectively.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Physics or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and classroom management.
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and integrate technology into lesson delivery.
- Prior teaching experience, particularly at the post-graduate or senior-secondary level, is an advantage.
