Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics at our Chennai(Shollinganallur) location. The PGT Physics will be responsible for teaching advanced Physics concepts, developing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and inspiring students to excel in their academic pursuits. Additional responsibilities include preparing students for competitive exams, ensuring conceptual clarity in theoretical and applied Physics, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching Physics topics such as Mechanics, Optics, and Thermodynamics
- Knowledge of specialized areas such as Radiation, Theoretical Physics, and Medical Physics
- Experience in Physics education and curriculum development tailored to secondary or higher-secondary students
- Ability to apply innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field is required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education is an advantage
- Previous experience in preparing students for competitive exams in Physics (e.g., IIT-JEE, NEET) is a plus
