Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PGT Physical Education Teacher. The position is based in Cachar and involves developing and delivering comprehensive physical education programs for students from various grade levels. The teacher will organize and oversee physical training sessions, monitor students' physical development, and encourage their participation in sports and fitness activities. The role also includes mentoring students in weight training, promoting health and safety standards, and maintaining a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Education, including planning and conducting fitness and sports activities
- Experience in Education, with the ability to teach and engage students effectively
- Strong Communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Skills in Weight Training and designing tailored training programs
- Expertise in delivering training to enhance students’ athletic abilities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in Physical Education
- Prior experience in handling school-level physical education programs is a plus
