Role Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated PGT Maths educator with experience in preparing students for JEE/NEET. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our campus in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The individual will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, student-centered lessons, developing curriculum aligned with JEE/NEET standards, conducting regular assessments, and providing individualized support to students to ensure concept clarity and performance improvement. Mentoring and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Mathematics Education
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning for JEE/NEET preparation
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective classroom instruction
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire students to achieve academic success
- Proficiency in utilizing modern teaching techniques and technology
- Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics is required, along with a teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed.)
- Previous experience in coaching students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
