Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a PGT English Teacher . The PGT English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering English lessons, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and creating an engaging learning environment. Additional duties include supporting the overall development of students' linguistic skills, collaborating with fellow teachers, and maintaining classroom discipline in line with institutional values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong grasp of English language concepts
- Experience in Lesson Planning and delivering comprehensive and structured lessons
- Knowledge in Education-related practices and methodologies
- Teaching skills with a focus on fostering student engagement and understanding
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Punctuality, organizational skills, and a passion for teaching
- A postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification
