Roles and Responsibilities:
· Delivering engaging, CBSE-aligned lessons enriched with real-life examples and application-based learning, while planning effectively and guiding students in projects, research work, and answering techniques.
· Actively participating in professional development opportunities to stay informed about new trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the relevant field.
· Implementing effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner, ensuring academic growth.
· Contributing to the co-curricular programme of the School by actively engaging with students and colleagues.
· Supporting residential life of the school by contributing to activities, clubs, mid-term trips, and being an advisor to a group of students.
