Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English located at Mahesh Memorial Public Higher Secondary School in Bagh. The PGT English teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging English lessons, developing comprehensive lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and providing regular feedback to encourage academic growth. The role includes fostering critical thinking, effective communication, and language skills in students. Additionally, the teacher will support extracurricular activities and create an inspiring learning environment for senior secondary students.
Salary - 30,000 to 35,000 per month + Accomodation
Joining - On or Before 1st April 2026
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching with a strong grasp of language and literature concepts
- Excellent Communication skills to convey knowledge effectively to students
- Experience in Training or mentoring students and staff for academic and personal growth
- Ability to assist in Translation and interpretation for learning materials as needed
- Prior experience in Customer Service or working in an educational environment is a plus
- Postgraduate degree in English with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification
- Passion for teaching and strong organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a disciplined and values-driven learning environment
