Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) in English at C. P. International School, located in Farrukhabad
. The PGT English will be responsible for planning and delivering curriculum-aligned English lessons, assessing and evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with fellow teachers, guiding and mentoring students, and participating in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to support holistic student development. The teacher will also help facilitate a language-rich environment to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching with a strong grasp of language concepts, curriculum design, and classroom management strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students effectively and foster a supportive learning environment
- Skills in Translation, which may enhance linguistic versatility, particularly for students with diverse language backgrounds
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to achieve academic goals and cultivate their talents
- Strong interpersonal skills for providing Customer Service and addressing student and parent concerns
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field, with a teaching certification or diploma in education
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level is preferred
