Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a PGT Chemistry Teacher specializing in JEE/NEET preparation. The selected teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, conducting engaging classroom sessions, preparing students for competitive exams, assessing their progress, clarifying concepts, and fostering a deep understanding of Chemistry. Additional responsibilities extend to promoting critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among students to help them excel academically.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Chemistry education, with proficiency in teaching JEE/NEET-level syllabus
- Skills in lesson planning and developing instructional materials tailored to diverse learning styles
- Excellent teaching and classroom management abilities
- Effective communication skills to simplify complex concepts and engage students
- Experience in Chemistry and its interdisciplinary connections with Physics is a plus
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or related field (B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred)
- Commitment to motivating students and fostering academic growth
