Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanumangarh for a PGT Chemistry (Competitive Classes Specialist). The selected candidate will design and deliver engaging and in-depth lessons in Chemistry for competitive exams, create and evaluate test materials, and guide students in understanding advanced Chemistry concepts. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting practical lab sessions, assisting in curriculum development, and staying updated on the latest examination patterns and techniques to ensure student success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Chemistry concepts and applications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
- Excellent Communication skills for effective teaching and mentoring
- Ability to manage Research and Development (R&D) related to syllabus enhancements
- Experience preparing students for competitive exams like NEET, IIT-JEE, or defense service-related tests is a significant advantage
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with relevant teaching certifications
- Dedicated mindset with enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating students
