Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The PGT Chemistry role involves preparing and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons that align with the academic curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, and encouraging analytical thinking. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting laboratory experiments, guiding students in research activities, evaluating academic progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also be expected to motivate and inspire students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of Chemistry concepts
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and experience managing practical experiments
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in Research and Development (R&D) related to Chemistry
- Effective Communication skills for clear and engaging lesson delivery
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant field with teaching credentials
- Prior experience in teaching at the higher secondary level preferred
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students
