Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT Biology, Physics, Chemistry teacher at Cardinal Warriors School, located in Raipur. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons, developing teaching content aligned with the curriculum, and conducting practical laboratory sessions for students. The teacher will design assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide individualized guidance to help students excel in academics and competitive examinations such as NDA, NEET, JEE, and Olympiads. Additionally, collaboration with peers and participation in school activities will be an integral part of the role to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in subject areas such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Microbiology
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills and conducting practical experiments
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students
- Research skills to develop innovative teaching methodologies and stay updated with subject advancements
- Prior teaching experience at the post-graduate level is a strong advantage
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject area with a recognized teaching qualification
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a focus on individualized attention to students
- Willingness to actively participate in extracurricular and leadership-building activities
