Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology, located in Greater Mohali. The PGT-Biology will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive biology lessons, managing laboratory activities, preparing students for academic and competitive exams, and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment. Additional responsibilities include creating lesson plans tailored to student needs and encouraging critical thinking and scientific inquiry within the classroom.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Biology and Microbiology, with the ability to teach complex concepts in an accessible way
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills to conduct experiments and provide hands-on learning experiences
- Experience in Research and a passion for inspiring curiosity in scientific exploration
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and foster meaningful interactions with students
- Master's degree in Biology or a closely related field is required
- A teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Previous experience in academic or competitive exam preparation is a plus
- Commitment to nurturing students’ academic growth and personal development
