We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning in the rapidly growing casino market. What Experience Is Important to Us: 7+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience in the online gambling or fintech industries. Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, affiliate marketing). Strong track record in creating customer acquisition and retention strategies. Proficiency with data analytics tools to drive decisions based on performance metrics. Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing ROI. Leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams. Advanced English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. What You Will Do: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand identity across all digital platforms. Manage key marketing channels such as social media, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns while collaborating with the product team to launch and promote new features. Analyze performance metrics, set KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and improve campaign results, while efficiently managing the marketing budget and exploring new growth opportunities. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and professional development, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and promotional activities, while expanding affiliate networks, building strategic partnerships, and monitoring their performance to maximize traffic and revenue.
