Engineer for Building and Warehouse Projects

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our team for building and warehouse development projects. Expertise In: - Civil/Structural Engineering - Geotechnical Engineering - Architecture - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineering - Infrastructure Engineering Responsibilities: - Civil/Structural Engineers: Design and analyze structural elements, ensuring safety and stability according to project requirements and regulations. - Geotechnical Engineers: Conduct soil investigations, foundation design, and geotechnical assessments to ensure site suitability. - Architects: Develop design concepts, architectural plans, and layouts while ensuring aesthetic and functional aspects. - MEP Engineers: Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for efficiency and compliance with standards. - Infrastructure Engineers: Plan and develop roadways, drainage, and utility networks to support the overall project. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Proficiency in relevant industry software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plaxis, Revit, etc.) - Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, and best practices in the respective field - Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure project integration - Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills - Having SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) is a plus
