Pfizer Pharmaceutical Group Leader - VI-14

The Pharmaceutical Group Leader - VI-14 will be responsible for managing and leading a diverse and experienced group of Scientists, Associates, and Analysts supporting a portfolio of projects and initiatives focused on maintaining a high-quality, reliable supply of sterile inhalation and ophthalmic products. This individual will drive continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful and timely execution of both routine activities as well as special projects. The Pharmaceutical Group Leader will proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, implement new technologies, and enable their team to deliver outstanding results. They will provide strategic direction and tactical oversight to the team and work closely with other key stakeholders across Pfizer to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
